The Information we gather.

You can choose not to provide all requested information to us, but in order to make a reservation and booking, we will need a minimum amount of information. If you elect not to provide some of the requested information, our capacity to assist you will be reduced.

If you are making a booking for someone else this same policy will apply to them. You should consult that person to ensure that they are willing for this policy to apply to them before making the booking.

To enable to constantly improve our customer service we do collect some information automatically when you visit our website. This may include your IP address, Web browser software, and any referring website. We also may collect information about your online activity while visiting our website.

Our use of this information.

For us to book for you we do use sensitive billing information,  cardholder name, credit card number, and expiration date. This information is used between you and our financial transaction supplier. For more information on privacy please contact our privacy officer at PO Box 361 Aspley Qld 4034.

Other than for the purpose of completing your financial transaction we do not provide your credit card details to any other party.

Your booking will require us to pass on you and your guest’s name and contact details to our service providers in order to undertake fulfilment of your booking requirements.

We may from time to time contact you with special offers.

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the use of your personal information as described.

Email Correspondence.

We undertake to keep your email correspondence private. Our email server will delete old and out of date communication every 90 days.

Who do we share your information with?

We may share your information with suppliers and service providers only in the delivery of your booking requirements.

We do not place limitations on our suppliers’ use or disclosure of your personal information. Therefore, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any travel supplier whose products you purchase through this website.

From time to time these suppliers may contact you as necessary to obtain additional information from you to assist them to provide you with the best experience when using their product or service.  If requested to do so we also provide your information to any legal request from a Government, or Law Enforcement Agency or Court.

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the disclosure of your personal information as described above.
